Returns
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
If you have not recieved your email confirmation you have likely entered your email address incorrectly or it is in your spam folder, please email us at customerservice@cathedra.com.au with your full name and order number after checking your account. Our team will amend this for you on the back end to ensure you recieve all tracking updates.
I cannot login to my Cathedra account?
We do recommend you try our password reset option. If you are still having any issues please reach out to our customer care team at customerservice@cathedra.com.au
By adding to cart, does that mean I reserve the item?
Adding an item to your online shopping cart does not reserve the item. If you do not wish to miss out please proceed with payment to secure your styles.
Can I modify/cancel my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if your order has not yet been packed you are able to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@cathedra.com.au soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order you will be issued with a gift card for the value of your items. As this is change of mind we cannot offer refunds.
What size am I?
Please go to our size chart to figure out what size would be best for your fit!
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store.
What are your payment options?
We accept payment via Amex, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Union Pay and Zip Pay. Gift Cards and Credit Notes can also be used.
When will I recieve my items?
We process orders as quickly as possible, normally within 1-2 business days however, there can be unexpected delays, especially during peak periods or sale period so your patience and understanding is appreciated.
Shipping will depend on your location, please note these time frames are estimates provided by our postal company as delays may occur that we are unaware of such as weather, customs etc. You can find these timeframes in our shipping section.
I entered my address wrong. How can I updated it?
Please notify us on customerservice@cathedra.com.au as soon as you notice and we will be happy to update it on our end if your order has not been dispatched.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes, all our parcels are shipped through Australia Post. You are able to enter your address to a Po Box.
Product Availability & Out of Stock Products
If you have missed out on a item you can hit the notify me button to be notified once it is back in stock or you can email us on customerservice@cathedra.com.au and we can give you an ETA. If the item is on sale and sold out it is likely we will not be bringing it be in stock.
Do you offer Click and Collect?
Please email us on customerservice@cathedra.com.au and we can organise a click and collect point for you at Leichhardt, NSW.
What is your return policy?
At Cathedra we always want to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
Returns can be made within 15 days, please make sure that the items are returned in original conditon with all the orginal garment tags attached. Please follow the returns promopts located on the returns page.
If you are an international customer, the returns portal will still prompt you to make a return.
Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
We understand that sometimes items just do not fit right! Unfortunately we do not offer straight exchanges or refunds at this time, but we would be happy to offer a store credit once the item/s is recieved.
Why do I have to pay for a return?
As we are a small business, we hope one day we will be able to offer free returns, however at the time it is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of return.
