To make your return process as smooth as possible, please ensure the following:

• Condition of Merchandise: The item should be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unused—with all tags still attached.
• Purchase Location: The item must have been purchased through cathedra.com.au.
• Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date to qualify for a exchange or store credit.

Please note that items not meeting these conditions cannot be returned. Returns sent without prior approval will be sent back to you at your expense.

Australian customers will automatically receive a return shipping label when submitting your return. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.

International Customers must purchase a return label from your local post office.

We’re sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. We do check our items prior to shipment but understand these things happen! Please contact us at info@cathedra.com.au, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (or similar legislation), we will either replace the item (if stock is available) or issue a refund once we receive the faulty item back.

Please note:

If you return more than just the faulty item in the same parcel, we won’t be able to cover the return shipping costs for any additional items.

A return label will be sent to you via email if the item is deemed faulty by our team.
